Photography helps me overcome my mental and what is now becoming some osteo arthritis issues, Ive had them for some time, but over the last 6 months I've noticed it beginning to worsen. Hopefully with a little weightloss, exercise and some physio I can ease the pain and discomfort that effects my waking sleeping life.
