Charlie co-founded the charity Tusk Trust which HRH The Duke of Cambridge is an active Royal Patron.

Charlie and Crista have known each other for many years, as a board member capacity for Galana Wildlife Conservancy (GWC) whereby Tusk supported GWC as a vehicle to get funds to source. Crista has admired Tusk's impact on the ground and understandably Tofauti has partnered with similar conservationists in the landscape. 

Charlie offered a very honest account of Tusk's growth, and the trust that he has with his partners executing the work on the ground. His love of Africa is deeply engrained from a 'Cairo to Cape' trip from his 20's and has since grown to working with numerous projects on the ground here in Africa. The fundraising vehicle that Tusk has become in the conservation space also has to be admired, and this podcast offers a real and descriptive account for those of you who may not have had the privilege of visiting Africa yet.
