Crystal Nicholson from @yogamymindandme is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Retreat Leader with a passion for showing others the power of yoga in sobriety as well as helping others shift their nervous system from 'fight or flight' to the 'rest and digest' state. Crystal has been on quite the journey this year, from a high-pressure corporate London life to living in rural Kent teaching yoga, providing sound healing and leading wellbeing events and retreats. 

I personally love Crystals online yoga sessions and they are incredibly relaxing, I bet you will honestly feel chilled out just listening to her on this episode!
