As we navigate our world, we have to ask ourselves, "are we really acting fully on our own behalf?" Are we acting from a place within ourselves that is true. I know we are all human, though is our ability to become more and more Sovereign thekey to living a beautiful life, not only co creating with others, but acting from an efficient place for our selves?.

So what is "Self Sovereignty"? Well in my experience it's our ability to act and respond to our life fully from within ourselves, our true self's. I like to say, are we full? have we put that hypothetical oxygen mask on ourselves first before our child or in our case anyone else?
