🗣🗣 New episode alert: FINALLY! I know this is late.. I know.. I know… BUT life! Editing is not fun! haha

On this week’s episode with help from my beautiful guests, we tackle the idea of conversing with your inner child; specifically our 13 year old selfs. As I continue on this journey of “adulthood,” slowly becoming the woman I believe I destined to be, I am constantly confronted with my past: decisions made, paths chosen, etc. I chose this topic, because I believe as we reflect on our pasts in preparation for the future, we must continue to be kind to our inner child, who is the ultimately the foundation for who we become. :)

P.S We changed venues for this episode, it was recorded on my bedroom floor with my phone. Mostly because the studio is far lol, but also I guess we were trying to keep it chill and personal :)
