Noah is an American blogger, journalist, and commentator on economics and current events. He obtained his doctorate in Economics from the University of Michigan and currently writes for his own Substack called Noahpinion.
Mark has been the executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, an anti-immigration think-tank in Washington, D. C., since 1995. Mark is also a regular contributor to the conservative publication National Review, and is a regular participant at National Review: The Corner.
