Nichole Stohler and Mike Stohler are co-founders and managing partners at Gateway Private Equity Group, a real estate investment firm whose portfolio has consisted of limited-service hotels, multi-family and single-family homes.  Between apartment complexes, houses, and their hotel, Nichole and Mike have owned or operated over 1300 units.  When Nichole and Mike first started in real estate investing in 1999, they lacked experience and failed.  Through committed action to learn, grow their skills, and help others, they have created immense change in their business and lives.  Passionate about the impact real estate investing has had on their lives, Nichole and Mike help accredited investors build portfolio diversification through hotel ownership.

Nichole also hosts the Richer Geek Podcast to help educate the Tech community about ways to increase their wealth through investing in or owning a business.  She’s also been a guest on over a dozen podcasts including BiggerPockets, The Best Ever Real Estate Show, The Real Estate Syndication Show and Wealth Without Wall Street.

Nichole and Mike are both active Rotarians and as a U.S. Navy veteran, Mike also serves on the board of the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation.
