Today we've got our first, face-to-face guest of the new season! Get to know is back. If you've been keeping tabs on the pod for some time, you'll know that we were bringing on guests almost every week, so it's only necessary we bring back more guests for this new season. Fresh faces, fresh perspectives, great insights and hopefully impacted listeners.

Tyler Panton is a sprinter in both the 100m and 200m and has represented his club and country in the sport at 20 years old. He's come on to not only share his story of transitioning from football to track but also to share insight into how he is able to achieve and demand more of himself and have fun at the same time. His messages amongst many in this episode are to express yourself, not take things TOO seriously, and teach others what you've also been taught.
