This 27th safety topic being presented is on the subject matter on the history of the electric motor that followed with the development of power tool technology. This video covers the historical facts in regards to how humans evolved from using the ancient Egyptian lathe to power tools that underwent extreme testing in order to be used on vital space missions. The objective is to review the origins of electricity, the electric motor, and the technological evolution of the power tool. The goal is to provide information and help people go home in the same condition that they came in.
