In this week’s episode, I wanted to share with you the top 3 things I have learned from the Launching of our paid program ValuePOD Bootcamp 3.0.

For those who are curious, about what our podcast production Bootcamp is all about, well it is a 3month program where me and my work wifey Eloisa help aspiring and experienced podcast service providers level up their way from being a ZeroSkill Podcast Va to an agency owner.

If you are ready, come with me and know the things that I realized launching the Bootcamp.

1. Power of Community.

Freelancing and being a business owner is really a lonely game.

As a service provider, you always crave that connection and sense of belonging. In this Bootcamp, we got a mix of the aspirant, experienced, and also clingy ones. Aspirants meaning they craved to be thought and have someone who can handheld them, experienced podcast VAs and managers who crave validation that what they learned in the past is valid. Clingy one, or our Bootcamp 1 and 2 alumni that still need the community for them to grow and expand their expertise in a safe like-minded community.

2.  Clarity is really a great differentiator. Being our launch is DIY meaning it is really me and Eloisa, clarify what the goal is really helped us attract quality mentees. 

3. Growth pains are real.

I could not how many times I and Eloisa, clashed during our planning stage. But that doesn’t mean our misunderstanding can break the partnership. Growth pains is present because we are learning and evolving and that is what makes everything very exciting.

So there you have it guys, another no fluff episode.

Just wanted to thank all the troopers that hired us as mentors. You guys are our answered prayer. The community members of like-minded people who we’ve been praying to encounter for the last 5 years that we are advocating podcast production.

And to my work wifey, Eloisa just wanted to thank you. For I couldn’t imagine how I can survive 3 boot camps if not for you. You made the giving back project, our brainchild The Bootcamp, bearable and figureoutable.
