In this episode I’m in conversation with Tom Walker. Tom is a researcher at Co-Op digital in the UK.

I met up with Tom earlier this year where we got to talk about navigating large organisations as you develop your soft skills, embracing your weaknesses and Tom describes the concept of Shuhari, when you can read the matrix.

I wanted to hear Tom’s views on the way we conduct job interviews, and how you navigate them yourself even when you know the questions are flat. We talk about the recruitment market in the UK, and what happens when you go back to an employer you’ve already worked for.
