On the 26th episode of The Matters Of The Heart podcast, I have the privilege of having   Donia Narh in our midst. 

 Donia Narh is an author, speaker and inspirational 'education to employment' specialist, who specialises in helping parents, schools and companies to equip Black, Asians, Minority Ethnic (BAME) and inner-city students to excel in education and secure quality employment and career opportunities through innovative and holistic programmes. 

She is also a qualified teacher, trainer, consultant and expert in community engagement and support building between stakeholders, to bridge the gap between education and employment. 

With over 20 years of experience in the education and employment sector, her landmark achievements include having one of her students achieve the fifth-highest marks in the country, raising the aspiration and achievements of students of the award-winning education and mentoring organisation, ACES Project (www.acesproject.co.uk) in 2001. 

 Since officially launching the ACES Project in 2004, it has been merged with another successful programme founded by Donia (SYFCONNECT.org) to provide pioneering and effective training, workshops and services to schools and organisations in over 22 London boroughs. The offshoot, Securing Your Future Motivational Workshops, is currently touring UK schools and organisations.
