Our Type One representative this week is Bobby Wrigley: Director of Coffee at Backyard Beans Coffee Co., workout guru, and role model in all spheres of his life. Bobby talks about his inner critic being an aide in life for him as well as his story of having great parents yet still perceiving a wounding childhood message. Bobby also helps Sawyer understand the type One’s defense mechanism in a way he hadn't considered before!
