Hey, it's Jen. I'm so glad you're here today. I want to talk about a pattern I see in myself and others, especially in response to something I hear a lot in entrepreneurial circles: the idea of surrender and how hard that can be for us ADHDers even though it's essential.

Today, we'll dive into the concept of parts from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, where we recognize that we all have parts with different roles. I'll share how masking through high achievement is a common pattern among ADHDers, and how forcing and pushing to succeed can work temporarily but often leads to burnout. We’ll discuss the importance of letting go, embracing uncertainty, and trusting the process, especially in entrepreneurship. It's about finding balance, staying grounded, and being true to ourselves to attract the right opportunities.

Stay tuned, and let’s dig in.

If you’re like most ADHD women entrepreneurs then you’re likely jumping from task to task, not really sure where or even how to actually focus.

And each task you start just opens the door to more tasks you have to do so you keep shifting your attention. This is just what our ADHD brains do.

AND the good news is, there’s a solution.

I’ve developed my 5-Step Master Task Plan to optimize productivity while honoring our ADHD brains. I’ve been using this myself for years and my clients love it!

If you’re ready to embrace your ADHD and start working with it instead of against it, follow this link to grab yours now!
