Going on in our series of the systems of the body, simply because this is like

0:17

you want to treat the systems, not the symptom.

0:20

So it's really a nuance, but it's a really helpful nuance to think about treating the system.

0:29

Let your body heal itself and do what it needs.

0:32

So this week I want to talk about your cardiovascular system or the circulatory system.

0:38

So this is basically, it's your heart, the arteries, capillaries,

0:44

your lymphatics, basically blood, how the body moves blood around and moves

0:50

nutrients and oxygen to your body.

0:53

If you notice, if you've ever kind of like that game when you're kids to cut

1:00

off circulation to a certain part of your body and watch it turn white or whatever,

1:05

and it doesn't take very long.

1:08

It's like our body is in constant need of oxygen and nourishment.

1:12

So the blood is what moves it through that system.

1:16

So the important part of that system is the heart.

1:23

The heart is actually an electric hump that pumps blood and it works off of electric impulses.

1:32

So you actually have veins and arteries that connect into your heart that shock

1:37

it every so often that tells it when it's supposed to beat and to pump.

1:43

So, you know, if that pumping is irregular, it can cause all sorts of funky issues like.

1:52

Numbness, tingling in the extremities in your hands and your feet,

1:55

all sorts of just different issues with the heart.

1:59

So the formula we always go to whenever there's any heart issues and an irregular beat also can,

2:08

it actually can be kind of painful or kind of like a gasp for air whenever you

2:13

get that irregular heartbeat. Heart, the formula heart is, is amazing for that.

2:21

Basically feeds and nourishes the heart muscle. So it makes it so that it's

2:26

strong because the heart muscle is different than any other muscle in our body.

2:31

The fibers are different, the way it's constructed, it's different than any

2:36

other muscle in our body. So it takes different nutrients and different things to keep it healthy.

2:42

So heart is always one of the go-to things with any cardiovascular issue. tissue, so heart.

2:51

So the next thing is blood. Blood is the, that's the medium that makes,

2:56

that goes through everything. So you want to have your blood be healthy.

3:01

And so the formula for that is memia.

3:06

Memia is basically, it's formula for our blood, helps to thicken the blood if

3:14

it's too thin, helps it to flow so that it can flow through the arteries and veins easier.

3:21

Sometimes people get an imbalance in white blood cells, red blood cells,

3:25

and the other constituents of the blood.

3:28

Nemia will help balance it so that it's correct.

3:31

So, nemia is really, really helpful with any blood issues. If you're low on

3:35

blood, you know, if you get a pretty severe cut and lose a lot of blood,

3:39

nemia will help to rebuild your blood. So, nemia is really, really helpful with anything that has to do with blood.

3:49

So the next formula that would go along with the cardiovascular system is varicose.

3:55

So varicose, you know, a lot of people talk about varicose veins are very painful.

4:00

And basically what happens is as the blood gets out to the extremities.

4:06

It's kind of, we have one-way valves.

4:09

So the blood can go one way, but it can't go back. And as we get older or as

4:14

our body loses elasticity, those one-way valves start to not work as well. They don't close right.

4:22

And so you'll get pooling. And so that's where the pain and the ugly blue veins

4:28

come from is that pooling of blood around different places.

4:33

So varicose helps with that elasticity so that those one-way valves can do their

4:40

job. But it also helps with the elasticity of the veins because the veins actually

4:44

can constrict a little bit to help push the blood along.

4:48

So as the blood gets all the way out to the very end, to our feet and to our

4:53

hands, it's got a long ways to go. The veins will constrict. And so they need to constrict in order to...

5:02

To move blood back to the heart where it can basically replenish as it goes

5:07

past the lungs and get oxygen and nourishment past the stomach,

5:10

food, whatever, to take to the different parts of the body.

5:15

So that's why we suggest varicose for anybody that's got pain in the legs and

5:23

then the pulling, the ugly blue veins, things like that.

5:27

That's what varicose is for. So along with any one of those main formulas,

5:33

heart, anemia, and varicose, is travel.

5:37

So travel is kind of like, it's not very well known. A lot of people, you know, Dr.

5:42

James talked about it for, it helps basically with cramps or anything like that.

5:49

And with a woman's monthly cycle, because it helps basically increases blood flow.

5:54

It helps the metabolism to get to a faster level.

5:58

But the thing about travel is that it helps with the movement.

6:03

So anything that needs to move in your body, travel will help with the movement.

6:10

So because blood is constantly moving and constantly rotating through our body,

6:16

travel helps with the movement of that blood.

6:19

Travel also helps with the strength of the heart muscle and the elasticity of

6:26

it. So travel along with any of those cardiovascular formulas is really, really helpful.

6:32

So then you get into vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are always

6:36

essential for just about any system of the body that's weak.

6:43

By giving it vitamins and minerals, that generally will help more than anything else.

6:49

You know, we have the herbs, which can go to specific areas.

6:53

Areas, and especially if you have weakened areas, a lot of times taking a vitamin

6:57

and mineral at the same time, because vitamins tend to be taggable,

7:01

which means that if you tag it with an herb that will go to the heart,

7:06

for example, hawthorn goes pretty much straight to the heart,

7:11

take vitamins along with it, especially your B vitamins and your C vitamins.

7:15

Those help with with absorption and elasticity,

7:20

the strength of the muscle, take it along with heart and that,

7:24

and the Hawthorne will basically carry it along to the heart and feed the heart

7:29

what it needs. So vitamins and minerals.

7:32

Tissue mend is always great if you've got damage to anything,

7:37

damaged heart muscle, like if you've had a heart attack or the heart,

7:42

there's, you know, damage to the heart.

7:45

Damage to the blood, you know, if you've lost in an accident or something and

7:50

you lose blood, tissue mend will help to nourish and bring up your blood supply.

7:55

So it's really, really wonderful there. So along with all of that, so you've got your main cardiovascular herbs,

8:05

heart, anemia, varicose, travel, vitamins and minerals as needed.

8:10

And then we come to affection. Infection, as far as the cardiovascular system

8:15

goes, is really helpful if there is an infection anywhere within the system.

8:20

Infection will give your body what it needs. But infection also cleans out the lymphatics.

8:27

So when you get a buildup of gunk in the lymphatics, the lymphatics don't have a pump all on their own.

8:35

So it doesn't move as well.

8:38

But so the only way that the lymphatics drain and move is through us moving.

8:45

You've got lymphatics along your neck and in your armpits and the groin.

8:50

Basically, those are catch pockets for toxins. So affection helps to clean out

8:56

and detoxify the lymphatics, but you have to move. That's where a rebounder is amazing.

9:04

Simply bouncing on a rebounder will basically clean out all of the lymphatic pockets in your body.

9:14

So it's really, really... Affection is amazing for cleaning out the lymphatics

9:18

and anything like that. So...

9:22

Detoxifying. So basically, blood wash and detoxilation are amazing for detoxifying.

9:30

Anytime you've got toxins in the blood, rashes, you know, funguses,

9:35

molds, anything that's like gets in the blood, blood wash is amazing for cleaning that out.

9:41

Blood wash is pretty much one of those essential blood things.

9:46

If you've got, you know, if it's not a matter of healthy, but it's a matter

9:51

of toxic, blood wash is amazing for keeping the blood clean and keeping it moving,

9:59

and helping it get it out of the body.

10:03

So blood wash, anytime there's a toxic issue.

10:06

And then of course, detoxilation, if you've got heavy metals or other things

10:10

that stay in the body that don't come out easily, detoxilation is amazing for that.

10:18

So that is the cardiovascular system. Those are the herbs.

10:23

So here's the list of the formulas that we talk about for the cardiovascular system.

10:28

Heart, anemia, varicose, travel, blood wash, affection, detoxilation,

10:37

multivitamin, PM minerals, and tissue mandib.
