Season 3 hey? 
I didn't know when I started this podcast about 100 episodes ago that we would get through one series, let alone 2 and be recording a third.

It's a funny thing, recording a podcast, because it's hard to tell whether anyone gets any value from it. However with a steadily growing listenership, some mentions in articles about 'the best property podcasts' and lovely messages from some regular listeners it's clear that it provides value to some people.

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to listen and to anyone who has been a guest on the show, here's to Season 3!
