This is a very special podcast about my Depression and Anxiety story. Not everyone is open to talking about very deep subjects as such, but I am willing to be a voice for those who didn't have one or did not have anyone to speak about these feelings. If you have never felt this way it is important for you to listen in order to get a new perspective on those who do experience this and it will help you have a better understanding of them.
