Dr. Laurie Devaney, PT, ATC, PhD is a neck researcher, Program Director at UConn's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, Co-Director of the UConn Institute of Sports Medicine, and an Associate Professor in Residence. She is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. All this to say, she is well qualified to speak on neck injury and physical therapy.
