This is in response to a question on the FB page from my friend Ursula.

We talk about what it means to be grounded and present, how we can tune our empathy to discern our own emotions versus the emotions of others, and perhaps how we can open our eyes to the connectedness of humanity...rather than seeing our relationships as transactional.
