George is a very incredible human being. He's been through so much but yet he is thriving. He's input on life and its structure is one of a kind. Yesterday, I had the pleasure to participate in one of his mastermind calls and everything that he says is pretty life changing. He's take on how can YOU thrive when you struggle to push the needle in your business is incredible. The biggest takeaway for me was to take care of your mind, body and just being before you take care of your business. You can't handle the business right if your state of mind is not there, if you eat garbage, if you have no desire to move your body. For me it's hard to implement all of this at once but after yesterday's call I learned the tools to make progress each day, no matter what. I already subscribed to the podcast and George's YouTube channel and I can't wait to listen to his podcasts during my workouts and runs!
