Kerryn is a Holistic Nutritionist & Eating Psychology coach with a passion for supporting womxn. Her consulting and workshops have an aim to help womxn navigate away from the unattainable pursuit of 'perfect' and allow them to develop - and sustain - new and empowering approaches to eating and taking care of their bodies. Journeying well beyond a new diet; Kerryn applies evidence-based information from health sciences, psychology, nutrition and meditation to help womxn find their ways to their truest holistic health and happiness. 

In this episode we talk about why there is no one size fits all when it comes to eating, why so often changing the way you look doesn't actually change how you feel about yourself, and why reminding people they have everything they need already inside themselves is the best job in the world.
