Sarah is a body image activist, writer and coach from Melbourne. She helps womxn rebel against society's beauty and body standards so that they can feel confident, worthy and free to be their authentic selves. Sarah combines her coaching with lived experience of an eating disorder and helps her clients to discover their worth outside of weight and appearance by using a non-diet approach.
