real clients, real problems and

0:16

real coaching. And now your

0:18

0:20

Castillo. He

0:23

beauty is. As

0:25

everyone today, I

0:27

am up very. Early. I'm.

0:30

In San Diego. And

0:32

a snack downstairs her

0:34

staying at and villa.

0:37

There's. A lot going on in my life

0:39

right now the his very exciting so

0:41

you to come be part of self

0:43

coaching scholars to. See behind the scenes to

0:46

see. Who it is going on In

0:48

my life we've had to really

0:50

awesome changes this happened. so that's

0:52

why I'm here. San Diego. It

0:55

is so gorgeous her you out

0:57

the hiking is in san Love

0:59

love having it. But.

1:01

I wanted to sneak down and do this

1:03

podcast this morning. Before my day

1:06

gets going because and

1:08

wanna talk about Big

1:10

goals? And. How funny are

1:12

and how important they are. And

1:15

I've been doing a lot of coaching as.

1:17

You know the share. Talking

1:19

to a lot of you, all

1:22

about your goals and your

1:24

life and your visions and

1:26

you future selves. In giving yourself

1:28

to do the thing. That. You

1:30

most want a deal. And. Often

1:33

times I feel like the

1:35

missing piece with many of

1:37

you is having a big.

1:39

Compelling goal. I

1:42

do a lot of coaching iron. I

1:44

can't get myself to do this or

1:46

I have all these really well laid

1:48

plans but I don't follow through and

1:50

I am be no frustrated with my

1:52

lack of discipline. And we

1:54

do work a lot on. you

1:56

know managing urge is an making

1:58

plans with the proof. Rental and

2:00

committing and taking responsibility to

2:02

our own apps and line.

2:05

Those are all really important things,

2:07

but. Often. Times when he sings about

2:09

what is the. One thing that would

2:12

make all those other things

2:14

easier and it's having a

2:16

big, compelling goal. And.

2:19

I think there's a few. Reasons why people

2:21

don't want to have a compelling

2:23

Goals: Big Fun Goals: Schools that

2:25

Light. Their life up is because

2:27

of the lack of bullies. In

2:30

been able to achieve that

2:32

goal and also the lack

2:35

of desire to. Do.

2:37

With a goal. To take

2:39

the action they want. The results.

2:41

That. That be believe that the global

2:44

gives them but they don't want to

2:46

go through the process. Of

2:48

laying out the goal properly. They

2:50

don't wanna go through the process

2:52

of taking the action every single

2:54

day in order to get the

2:56

result. And. I think

2:59

a lot of this comes from. The

3:01

idea that goal setting

3:03

is about the results.

3:06

And goal setting is about what you

3:08

get to achieve on the other side

3:11

of bed. So for example, if I

3:13

have a pool su Wei a certain

3:15

amounts in my body, an hour to

3:17

have a certain amount of it'll muscle

3:20

tone and my body then the point

3:22

of the goal is to get there.

3:25

And to rise there. And

3:27

once we're there, San

3:29

Diego gets fun! Cause.

3:31

Then we have the Body and Away

3:33

and the clothes and math bikini or

3:35

whatever. And. Often times

3:38

the go. As. Far lit,

3:40

especially as it's a big goal.

3:43

Especially if it's

3:45

a huge stretch

3:47

possibility. Goal. For us,

3:49

you know it could be five or

3:51

ten years down the road before we're

3:53

going to arrive at that results. And

3:56

I understand why a lotta people would

3:58

quit on their goal was would give

4:00

up on their goals is the only

4:02

reason to achieve the goal is to

4:04

achieve the goal to get their. Made.

4:07

To have the big goal of

4:09

rise because there's this. Believes that

4:11

it will be better there than

4:14

here. and once we get there

4:16

then. We. Will be able

4:18

to enjoy ourselves, enjoy the goal,

4:20

enjoy our lives so to speak,

4:23

And so so many people that I talk

4:26

to when I asked them what their goal

4:28

is, what their vision is, how much money

4:30

they want to make, what kind of contribution

4:32

they want to make. They really don't have

4:34

a clear answer and mostly because they've any

4:36

given up because is taking too long and

4:39

there's too many bumps in the row and

4:41

there's too many challenges and they look and

4:43

they don't see the result happening quickly enough.

4:45

And so. The. Kind of let

4:47

that go go and I don't blame

4:49

them because. If you're using

4:52

the lack of result toward your

4:54

goal against. You and goal setting

4:56

actually. Isn't fun at all. It's.

4:59

Such a bummer, right? Because you're

5:01

just putting yourself out members hats.

5:03

Ridiculous goal you have that you're

5:06

not even close to. Yeah, Nice

5:08

works. And then we wonder why

5:10

we can't get ourselves to take any action,

5:12

because the action that we're creating isn't producing

5:14

the result that would prove that a goal

5:16

is gonna come true sooner rather than later.

5:19

And mostly this is because. The

5:22

whole process of creating

5:24

a big goal hasn't.

5:27

Been done. By. A

5:29

lot of you. Write down the

5:31

goal. And. You have the go

5:33

on your mind. you have it in town,

5:36

but you haven't gone to the spool process

5:38

of cultivating that goal. Into. Your

5:40

life and when that is done,

5:42

when you fully cultivated the goal

5:45

and you've gone through all of

5:47

the coaching staffs in the process

5:49

that I recommend you'll have as

5:51

very different experience with goal setting

5:54

and a very different experience with

5:56

evolving because of your huge goal.

5:59

If. You a pro says and kind of a

6:01

haphazard way which is I'm innocent this huge

6:03

call because I think it's possible for myself

6:05

and then let's see if I had see

6:07

that. We're. Not going to get

6:10

anywhere. In fact, you could end up going. Backwards

6:12

because use it against yourself.

6:14

But if you go through

6:17

the process of really taking

6:19

your time to set your

6:21

goal up, Robert Lee. Then

6:24

it doesn't become about the result

6:26

of the goal. It. Becomes

6:29

about the process.

6:32

Of the goal. And pool

6:34

you be calm because you

6:36

have the goal. As a

6:38

possibility, it's not because you've

6:40

achieved that goal already. The.

6:43

Goal has the most impact on

6:45

your life. When. You said.

6:47

It. Not when he would see that.

6:50

Please. Hear me on this

6:53

once you've dropped a new

6:55

possibilities. Into your lies

6:57

in see your brain. It's

7:00

hinges you. It changes direction,

7:02

It changes your focus. It

7:05

changes your day to day

7:07

activities. It changes how you

7:09

sell up, how you feel

7:11

who you are being. That

7:13

has to change. The the

7:16

goal is a complex. You have to become

7:18

the person who can accomplish the goal before

7:20

the goals accomplished. You don't become the person.

7:23

Who. Can achieve the goal after it's accomplish, but

7:25

I think a lot of us have that backwards

7:27

and our mind. And soul

7:29

we don't realize is that

7:31

between where. I am right now.

7:34

And. When I achieve my goal

7:36

and that's the fun part that? The

7:38

magical part that the adult who said.

7:41

That's what Been sealed. Men is

7:43

really about. I. Think a

7:45

lot of times we see the before

7:48

and after pitcher and we just think

7:50

we want to after pitcher. And

7:53

we don't want that river of

7:55

misery and between we don't want

7:57

the process and between we don't

7:59

want to. The paper steps every

8:01

single day unless we're getting the

8:03

result right away for the goal.

8:06

But. I will say I have a very. Big

8:08

goals for my physical health right now and

8:10

and given myself a year. To. Do

8:12

It! And one of the things it's

8:14

been really powerful for me to this

8:16

process i'm working with my trainer is

8:18

you know, Ccs to work with people

8:21

who want to see results right away

8:23

and they want to track the results

8:25

and see that this is working. They

8:27

want to see the effect on the scale of

8:29

they want to see the effect on their body

8:32

or whatever. And for me, I understand

8:34

that if I keep. Doing these

8:36

workouts and I'm doing and hating by

8:38

the way, A

8:41

I don't like working out, but I

8:43

love the process of being consistent. I

8:45

love the process of discipline and love

8:48

the process of committing to something and

8:50

following through for myself. I love the

8:52

process of pushing myself an increasing my

8:54

strength. And so for me,

8:57

it hasn't been about. Measuring the

8:59

results. There hasn't been about making

9:01

sure that my body is changing and

9:03

a certain way. Of course it is.

9:05

I see it right when I'm working.

9:07

Now, I see the increase in the

9:09

strength and I see how my physical

9:11

bodies changing tremendously. but the focus is

9:13

more on the connection that I have

9:16

with myself and discipline that I have

9:18

to go to the gym to show

9:20

up to do the work out no

9:22

matter what. Most of a time I

9:24

don't feel like at most of the time it's inconvenient

9:26

up to find a gym. Have to get in there.

9:28

I have to adapt the exercises. To make sure

9:31

that they work with the tools that

9:33

I have. That to me. Is

9:35

the magic of paid goal setting? It.

9:38

Embracing the process of

9:40

cheats. And. Setting

9:42

myself up. For.

9:45

Long term success.

9:48

And. I didn't just one day

9:50

say i wanna have the. School

9:52

and then start working towards

9:54

it. I. Went through

9:56

the entire goal. To these

9:58

and process. Set myself,

10:01

Up To succeed! And.

10:03

Because I have a plan and because I

10:05

know I'll stay committed to it by the

10:07

end of this. Year I know

10:10

that I will have achieved

10:12

that goal. Put. So

10:14

much more than the result

10:16

or having arrived. There is

10:18

this experience and I'm having

10:20

now. Of. Living

10:22

with in the future. Living

10:25

with in my capacity

10:27

to stretch myself, Now

10:30

I have big goals in lots of

10:32

areas of my life and because I

10:34

know this process and I know how

10:36

to set myself up to when. I

10:39

have a lot as exciting things going

10:41

on in my life right now. Lots

10:44

of exciting activity eat lots

10:46

of exciting movement, lots of

10:49

exciting, just anticipation of each

10:51

day. And for me to

10:53

be able to feel like I'm growing, to

10:55

be able to feel like I'm expanding, really

10:57

feel like I'm improving every single day. I

10:59

have to show up for myself. And

11:02

my goals in the future. Ain't for me

11:04

To the direction and the plan. But.

11:06

It's the deed day showing

11:09

up that beats the quality

11:11

of my life now. So

11:13

delicious! So. I'll.

11:16

Get on a coach and with many of

11:18

you and you'll have to me about how

11:20

you haven't achieved your pool yet. There's a

11:22

lot of talk about that. And

11:25

there's very little talk

11:27

about really embracing the

11:29

process of learning from

11:31

the process. and. Learning

11:33

the maddest skill with the

11:35

in the goal of learning

11:37

how to have a relationship.

11:39

With. Yourself that has Siri big dreams

11:42

that you don't keep up on. And

11:45

so I wanna make

11:47

sure that everyone understands

11:49

when I am. Inviting

11:51

you on a consistent basis

11:54

to dream bigger. And.

11:56

Your discouraged by that, Your discouraged

11:58

by the baker dream. It's

12:00

because you too focused on the

12:02

result and getting it too fast

12:05

and measuring yourself too much. And

12:07

not feeling into the lies

12:10

that the process. Of achieving the

12:12

dream can create for you. And

12:15

there are some very specific. Steps

12:17

that I have created

12:19

and taught all throughout

12:21

this podcast over the

12:23

last ten years and

12:25

inside. Of get coached and scholars.

12:28

That. Set you up. For success. I'm

12:30

teaching another one of these Because this

12:32

has been happening so much. I'm teaching

12:34

another one of these and get coats

12:37

as to the read day workshop. Where

12:39

I'm going to take you through

12:41

not just the concepts and the

12:44

ideas, but we're actually going a

12:46

workshop. Are actually going to go

12:48

through each the steps to gather

12:50

on the calls on their classes.

12:52

To. Get the goals set

12:54

up properly. And so if

12:57

you're already in good Coach T just

12:59

join those classes with me though the

13:01

three days in a row coming up

13:03

here in April. And if you aren't

13:05

and get Coach you have to join

13:08

for the months in order to join

13:10

us for that. Class. And because I want

13:12

to invite you all to this class. I

13:14

wanted to set it up so you can

13:17

join just for the month of the want

13:19

to so one time fee to and for

13:21

the month so you can join me for

13:23

this workshop. And. You can go to

13:25

lifecoach school. Talk to them to find out

13:28

more about the Because Workshop. But. Here's

13:30

the process for gonna go through

13:32

in this workshop and this is

13:34

the process you wanna? Go through

13:36

when ever you set a

13:38

goal and bit goals or

13:40

choir cool to they send.

13:42

They require thoughtfulness, they require

13:44

planning, and they require adjusting.

13:46

Most importantly, they're going to

13:49

require you to have an

13:51

identity chef. And. That's the fun

13:53

part. That's the magic part. That's the

13:55

evolving part. With any goal,

13:57

the first piece of the. Is

14:00

knowing what you want? And.

14:03

That is very difficult for many

14:05

of us knowing what we actually

14:07

want to do. And as I

14:09

mentioned before, there's a way of

14:11

thinking about your cause that will

14:13

help you pick one that makes

14:15

sense to you. Because. If you

14:18

only think about. The result that you want

14:20

and you don't think about the process.

14:22

That it will take to get the goal

14:24

that you want. You could end up setting

14:26

a goal that creates a lifestyle. You don't

14:28

want. To. Give you an example.

14:31

I was coach insulin the other day

14:33

and they were talking about how they

14:35

wanted to expand. Their coaching

14:37

business they were making I think she

14:40

said five hundred thousand a year and

14:42

she wanted to make neural sites she

14:44

was making five hundred thousand dollars years

14:46

and he are doctor and said to

14:49

other types of businesses that she wanted

14:51

to expand into. But. She was afraid

14:53

that she was done at the know just

14:56

replace one job that was required her.work so

14:58

much with another job that was going require

15:00

the same manner works. I said no,

15:02

I said when you set the goal, you

15:04

include that in the stipulations I wanna have.

15:07

Work that where I make five hundred thousand

15:09

dollars a year and I only work three

15:11

days a week? Or I only work two

15:14

days a week. Or I only work eight

15:16

to five every day. And he said the

15:18

bull obsolete includes all the ingredients that you

15:20

truly wants. Regardless of whether you believe

15:23

it's possible at the exact time. That

15:25

you said it. Even wanna make sure that

15:27

in the back of your mind you're not

15:29

like on said in the school but as

15:32

means pain and suffering and a life I

15:34

don't want. you want to create a goal

15:36

that includes. The process that includes

15:38

the lies that you want

15:40

to have. Along the way

15:42

I was very lucky when I said

15:44

my first business. Schools because I.

15:47

Had been studying Dan Sullivan and

15:49

he had talked sold off and about

15:51

how important it is to have

15:53

time off to think and time off

15:55

to just have free time is have

15:58

mine and then. Really? Good

16:00

time to work. And so because I

16:02

had learned that from hims at such

16:04

an early stage in my career, I

16:06

always set myself up to work three

16:08

days a week. And.

16:10

I was able to create this

16:13

very successful business in that amount

16:15

of time with a very balanced

16:17

mindset because I included it in

16:19

my goal. And. So we

16:21

need to make sure when we're

16:23

we're creating our goals and were

16:25

writing down what it is we

16:27

actually want to expand ourselves into

16:29

bed. In includes. The process.

16:32

And includes does steps

16:34

and considers the lifestyle

16:36

that we want to

16:38

have. And k and so. Finding.

16:40

Out what you want. Can.

16:42

Be a long process some. Of the will com

16:44

and you'll know exactly what you want

16:46

your have in your mind and you'll

16:48

have all the things that are included

16:50

with it. but many of you struggle

16:52

with the even knowing how to access

16:54

what you want because you haven't been

16:57

asked that question enough and so we

16:59

need to get slavery around that and

17:01

that's a really important stat. And then

17:03

how you write your goal to yourself

17:05

and how you have a relationship with

17:07

it have you will lead to it

17:09

is going to be the next step

17:11

and really. Making sure that

17:13

we're looking at. How

17:15

you feel, how you write the

17:17

goal, how it. Touches all

17:19

the points with in your life

17:22

for you want to expand and

17:24

like. See. A

17:26

goal isn't really relevant.

17:29

Is it doesn't make you more of

17:31

who you want to be If it

17:33

doesn't expand your presence in the world,

17:36

your capacity in your own life, And

17:38

I think a lot of times we think

17:41

about things that we want that would be

17:43

nice to have, but we don't consider. Okay,

17:45

what does that mean? For me as

17:47

a human, And am I willing

17:50

to go through the process of

17:52

living my life and. A certain

17:54

way in order to be the person

17:56

that achieves that. When. You fun

17:58

mother to process of the go. When you fall in

18:00

love with the. Dated Day as a goal

18:02

with the challenge. A bet with

18:05

putting yourself up against your own

18:07

humanity? Really? You. Did delap

18:09

skills. The. Called Strategic

18:12

Buy Products that. End.

18:14

Up being weighed more

18:16

valuable. Than the ultimate

18:19

Paul Because once you set the

18:21

huge be go for yourself and

18:23

do challenge yourself to overcome the

18:25

day to day things you'll need

18:27

to overcome to it sees it.

18:30

Those skills, those character traits that

18:32

you develop. Our. Then transferable

18:34

to newer bigger different

18:37

goals. And so you'll notice

18:39

that usually someone that has a lot of

18:41

success in one area can. Transfer that

18:43

into other areas and to other

18:46

ventures into other ideas and they're

18:48

like successful people typically are successful

18:50

is they've done their success in

18:53

a way that's been very deliberate.

18:55

And so when you. Learn the skills

18:58

of choosing what to think and

19:00

choosing how to feel and generating

19:02

energy and taking mass of accent

19:04

in one area of your lies

19:06

that becomes. Who you are,

19:09

And that's the point of having a

19:11

huge massive goal and people civil. I

19:13

don't want to set a big mess

19:15

of pokes and super happy. Setting goals

19:17

isn't about happiness, you not? Set a

19:19

goal to be more happy is set

19:21

a goal to see. What you can

19:24

do with your life for fun. And.

19:26

Hey silk, once we develop that and in this

19:28

class, I'm gonna go through that in detail we're

19:30

going to actually. Write it all down as

19:33

we're going through. But. The next

19:35

step that we really have to do

19:37

is figure out the how how you're

19:39

going to achieve that goal. Anticipate.

19:41

The obstacles and create the strategies

19:44

and this work takes a lot

19:46

of mental energy on the front

19:48

end of any goal that you

19:51

are going to cultivate. and

19:53

i would say that being able to

19:55

anticipate the obstacles in my life in

19:57

a very big weight and in a

19:59

very small way is what

20:01

creates success for me and

20:04

no one can anticipate the obstacles for you.

20:06

You know what your obstacles are. So

20:08

if we go to my example of

20:10

working out every day or five days

20:13

a week, I can anticipate the bigger

20:15

obstacle which I'm going to lose interest,

20:17

I'm going to make excuses, I'm going

20:19

to not see results fast enough, so

20:21

I'm going to give up, I'm going

20:23

to quit. If I write down

20:25

anything and I try to come up

20:28

with the best excuse,

20:30

I'm injured, I can't possibly go

20:32

to the gym that I can imagine coming up

20:34

with that would interfere with me working out

20:36

five days a week for the entire year.

20:39

And then I go through and I anticipate

20:42

the obstacles that might come up within the

20:44

workout, to go into the workout, anything that

20:46

might come up and going through

20:48

this process with yourself and kind

20:50

of anticipating your own game, your

20:52

own nonsense, your own excuses in

20:54

a gentle kind of playful way

20:57

is a way of really creating

20:59

intimacy with your relationship with yourself and

21:01

just being like, I kind of know you, I

21:03

know what you're going to do and here's my

21:05

answer to you for anything that

21:07

might come in between you and

21:09

the big goal that you set. And

21:12

then day to day, it's like you

21:14

standing up for yourself, you having your

21:16

own back, you pushing yourself gently to

21:18

do the thing that you want to do because

21:21

big goals are achieved by little actions

21:23

every day. So if you

21:25

can help yourself get up and take the

21:27

little actions that you need to take every

21:30

day in order to have a huge goal

21:32

manifest in your life, you

21:34

have figured out your life, you figured out how

21:36

to obey yourself, you figured out how to

21:38

use your prefrontal cortex, the highest part of

21:40

your brain to run your life instead of

21:42

being in survival mode. And the

21:44

process is not difficult if you plan

21:47

for it. The process is not difficult

21:49

if you cultivate your goal properly.

21:53

So when I look at my goals, I

21:55

have at least five pages Of

21:57

cultivation, five pages of planning before

21:59

I. Even start taking action

22:01

for that goal. And. So

22:03

I wanna help any of you that wanna

22:06

go through this process with me. Do it

22:08

in this workshop. And. Case we're going to

22:10

anticipate the obstacles in turn him into strategies and

22:12

I'm in help. You do that because. I wanna

22:14

make sure that you're taking the time we

22:16

are exploring every single thing that could possibly

22:18

come up. Because. A lot of you

22:20

will come on and tell me. oh I had

22:22

a goal but you know life happens. right?

22:25

But life doesn't just happen place.

22:28

Bites. You. Either happen

22:30

or you don't. And. I

22:32

think it's fun. To impress yourself, I

22:34

think it's fun to blow your own

22:36

mind and and see what you can

22:38

actually deal and. Help planning

22:41

and being careful with

22:43

yourself makes. It so

22:45

much easier when you

22:47

learn to that goal.

22:49

Cultivation is really about

22:51

decisions. It's making a

22:53

decision to set a

22:55

goal with a deadline

22:57

and that astronomical the

22:59

decision to plan for

23:01

it. Through. This process

23:04

the decision to take. That

23:06

action That must. Be taken every single

23:08

day in order to have the result

23:10

that you want to have in order

23:12

to be the person that you want

23:14

to be. And. Decisions

23:17

ahead of time and learning how

23:19

to commit to decisions and make

23:21

them and follow through his white

23:24

pure emotional adulthood is all about.

23:27

And it is. I think the most powerful

23:29

stance we can have as human beings is

23:31

knowing that we're gonna follow through and do

23:33

the things. We said, we're gonna do

23:35

it. We can trust ourselves that we

23:37

don't constantly let ourselves down. That's what

23:39

goal setting does. And aware

23:41

end with take the last. Piece here

23:44

because I. Think it's not a

23:46

matter of. Seduce set a goal

23:48

or not. or Seduce had a big goal

23:50

or not. I think it's

23:52

in him heritage activity. To

23:54

have a big goal that your

23:57

brain is focused on. That.

23:59

Your brain is. Needed to your

24:01

brain is a filtering mechanism. It only

24:03

looks for what you tell it to

24:05

look for. And if you don't

24:07

guess it's something. To focus on it's going

24:10

to be in it's d Solid survival

24:12

mode. It's going to be looking for

24:14

danger. It's going to be looking for

24:16

pleasure. It's going to be looking for

24:19

dangerous cling to be looking for pleasure

24:21

and. That combination. I.

24:23

Mean that's basically. Being on Instagram looking

24:25

at all the negativity in the scary

24:27

things happening in the world and then

24:30

also looking for pleasure and you could

24:32

spend your entire life just default idling

24:34

and survival mode and you will miss

24:36

out on the opportunity to see was

24:38

capable of. To see what

24:40

you could do, to see how you

24:42

could feel. About. Who

24:45

you are and to notice.

24:47

How you handle. Fairy. Because

24:49

and very big ways. And

24:53

so. If you're listening to that, this and

24:55

this sake. Intrigues you if you think

24:57

wow, I don't think my goals are

24:59

big enough for i don't be guides.

25:01

created my goals and away that's exciting

25:03

and want to invite you to. Come

25:06

with me to this workshop and April where

25:08

I'm in a do a three day worship.

25:10

It'll be an hour a day, there will

25:12

be homework and between where. I. Will

25:14

take you through this process step by step.

25:16

I'd never done this in this way for

25:19

big goals and for those either Rt have

25:21

because you could come through this workshop and

25:23

just test and make sure you've gone through

25:25

each one of the steps and that you

25:28

have it documented in a way that's really

25:30

clear and exciting for you. And for those

25:32

who don't. Have big goals were in

25:34

start from the very beginning in figuring

25:36

out what it is you truly want.

25:39

Had a explore different possibilities. For.

25:41

The what you could set your goal at

25:44

and then all the steps that you need

25:46

to do before you even start it over

25:48

three days. We're going to get it all

25:50

completely done. This. Process

25:52

That I have talked about. These

25:55

steps that I have talked about:

25:57

Whoop! Genuinely change your life in

25:59

a way that is so awesome.

26:02

So a me say. I. Just

26:04

recently was telling my son a chris. Who's

26:07

about to graduate from college and

26:09

and go on his big goal

26:11

of playing pro golf and I'm

26:13

insisting that we go through this

26:15

process as a team. me and

26:17

him and the other members of

26:19

his team his coaches so we

26:21

are very clear with each of

26:23

the steps that need to be

26:25

done before he even ventures out

26:27

on this huge call. This is

26:29

paralysis work. That I will do with

26:31

my son and then I will do with each and every

26:34

one of you to make sure that you're living your life.

26:36

In. The highest way. And. You

26:38

A goal Setting is as old as people

26:40

are right having goals. As soon as we

26:42

had a prefrontal cortex, our brains had the

26:44

ability to think ahead and set goals. They.

26:47

Are the game changers? Because you don't

26:49

have a goal, it's either. By never have a goal.

26:52

To make my body change, I never have a

26:54

goal to build my business to a certain size,

26:56

right? Never have a goal to get married or

26:58

finish college or any of those things. I

27:00

wouldn't have done it. So what are

27:02

you? Gonna. Say ten years from now that you

27:04

wish you. Would have had a goal, therapists and

27:07

ten years you will become a completely different.

27:09

Person. In. The attempt.

27:12

Not even in the achieving of it, but in

27:14

the attempt. To achieve it. In. The

27:16

process of achieving. So. Come
