Hi friends, in E66 I talk about how simply practicing the art of showing up is more important than "forcing" your habits through sheer will power and determination. If you push too hard with your New Year's resolutions, there's a chance you could burn yourself out, or even worse, get injured someway. If you take a softer approach, you'll still meet your goals, but you'll do so in a more peaceful way. Remember, you're trying to make a lifestyle shift, as opposed to racing towards the finish line.
