Really enjoyed this episode. I think Jon missed some of the points. While lamenting on rising fuel prices he brushed aside the suggestion of fewer cars and better public transport. I'd suggest he watch NotJustBikes and ClimateTown. Kendra was great, but I think collectivistic societies are just as selfish as individualistic ones - we care about rising fuel prices and ourselves just as much. Collectivism is more about maintaining family units than anything else (in my opinion).
