Hey everyone , thank you for joining me here on

0:05

the Blueprint podcast . I hope that

0:07

you're having the most amazing day . Okay

0:10

, so this week we want to talk about self-sabotaging

0:13

practices . It's

0:16

definitely the

0:18

root , I feel , in

0:20

self-actualization , because when we

0:22

can understand how we work

0:24

at such a deep level , then

0:28

your ability to be seen

0:30

in the world , to have mastery

0:32

in who you

0:34

are and what you choose

0:36

to do here it makes it so much

0:38

easier and there's just a simple

0:40

flow that happens . So

0:42

we're going to talk about breaking

0:45

down these walls of sabotaging

0:48

. Now , there's lots of different types

0:50

of sabotage , self-sabotage

0:52

and you can look those up on Google

0:55

if you like but I

0:58

want to talk about the ones that lead you to

1:00

success , because in 2024

1:03

, literally all

1:05

the energies of the universe

1:07

are really

1:10

pushing us for success because

1:12

of the new earth frequencies

1:14

, the new earth mentalities

1:17

, like getting rid of all lack and getting

1:20

rid of those kinds of things , even though

1:22

we have more people probably

1:24

struggling in the world financially

1:26

, emotionally , mentally , physically

1:29

than we ever have before . And

1:31

this is the way the universe of duality

1:34

works right it's

1:37

being seen . What

1:40

needs to transform becomes larger

1:43

and larger and larger , so that we can see it in

1:45

every area of our life , and

1:48

so I really want us to

1:50

dive deeper into this today

1:52

. So let's

1:55

breaking down the walls , like how

1:58

do you break , how do you recognize

2:00

, how do you recognize your own

2:02

self-sabotaging practices

2:04

? Do you recognize

2:06

them , right ? Like , what causes

2:08

you , what causes your hindrance

2:11

to success , to

2:14

all the abundances of the world , of

2:16

the universe ? How do you recognize

2:19

them ? And they're very subtle

2:21

, you know . So sabotaging

2:24

practices are very , very subtle

2:26

. For example , well

2:30

, a podcast not being heard

2:32

or seen . Like I do both of them

2:34

. I do the video to put on YouTube

2:36

and I do the

2:38

voice just for

2:40

podcasting . So

2:43

if I didn't want to do the video , then

2:45

it would make a real boring video

2:50

for YouTube , right ? Or

2:52

for Instagram , and

2:55

so that could be a huge self-sabotaging

2:57

practice , like not being willing

3:00

or not feeling comfortable , not

3:02

being able to speak my own voice

3:06

, really monitoring the words

3:08

that I use , to

3:11

fit in , like that . That

3:15

would be a self-sabotaging practice for me . So

3:18

when we're diving into these practices

3:21

, these self-sabotaging practices , we

3:23

have to look at the root , like what is the origin

3:26

of self-sabotaging behaviors

3:28

? Most generally , throughout

3:31

my work in the psychology world

3:33

, it's been traumas

3:35

, things that we have experienced

3:37

throughout our lives and have created a

3:39

traumatic effect in our psyche

3:42

and the way that we think and the way that we feel

3:44

and the way that we practice and the way

3:47

that we behave and

3:49

our behaviors and

3:52

these traumas or these

3:54

experiences that have sort

3:56

of imprinted something

3:58

within you , some sort of energy block

4:01

or some sort of way to

4:03

believe in yourself . They're

4:05

generally rooted in fear , like fear

4:07

of not fitting in , for example , fear of

4:09

being seen , because

4:11

you were told by I don't know

4:13

caretaker when you were younger

4:16

that you're supposed to be seen . You know

4:18

you can be seen but not heard . Right

4:21

. That creates a fear within you , like that's

4:23

. These past experiences become

4:26

limiting beliefs about who we

4:28

are and about how we can represent

4:30

ourselves in the world . So

4:34

there's a whole psychological

4:36

landscape that needs to be dove

4:41

into when we're looking for the

4:43

root , and generally

4:45

the root comes , generally

4:48

it's in childhood , but it can be

4:50

an adult for sure . You

4:52

know post traumatic stress disorders

4:55

from having extreme

4:57

experiences in

5:00

your adult life can create , can

5:03

create these rooting kinds of sabotaging

5:05

behaviors . So

5:08

one thing that you can do is look for your patterns

5:11

or things that trigger you . I'm

5:14

working with my team

5:16

right now about some

5:18

, some traders , about goals for

5:20

2024 . And

5:23

the word goal is a huge trigger

5:25

for people Like it's , like we

5:27

have failure around that and

5:29

we have fear of setting goals and

5:31

then disappointing ourselves , you know , because

5:34

we don't follow through . But

5:36

the real . So the word

5:38

goal is the trigger , but

5:40

what's the real root

5:43

here ? Disappointing

5:45

yourself , abandoning yourself

5:47

, having thoughts

5:49

or experiences

5:53

where you literally not not

5:56

fallen through or not followed through

5:58

in your life , you

6:01

know , and that creates a pattern . And

6:03

these , that's what happens when , when

6:05

we create these behaviors

6:08

is self sabotaging behaviors as they

6:10

become patterns . So

6:12

how do we overcome them

6:14

? Well

6:17

, it requires self

6:19

compassion , self love , decisions

6:23

, decision making to overcome

6:25

them . And how can you actually what

6:28

? What can you do ? This is where

6:30

the how comes in right . What can you do

6:32

? That that creates a resilience , see

6:34

in in you , that creates a confidence

6:36

. You know , when we have success

6:39

, we become more confident . So

6:42

what kinds of triggers ? Like

6:45

looking at those triggers and saying , okay , well

6:47

, what can I do ? That's maybe opposite of

6:49

that . That will actually

6:51

help me build resistance

6:54

and and confidence

6:56

to overcome that . And then you know

6:58

, maybe the maybe , the follow through changes , maybe

7:01

it's maybe the goals that you set

7:03

in the past weren't really your goals

7:05

. Maybe there were someone else's goals . We do that

7:07

a lot as humans . We take

7:09

someone else's goals . They , oh , I want that goal

7:11

. Like at the beginning of every year , we

7:14

take a big push for becoming healthy . Right

7:17

, big giant push for

7:19

becoming healthy , create exercise

7:22

goals and food goals and

7:24

all the things . That's

7:29

that goal . It's that

7:31

really really your goal ? When

7:34

we take on someone else's goal

7:36

or we take on the programming

7:38

and pretend like it's useful for

7:40

us , we're going to sabotage

7:43

ourselves . I

7:45

mean because we're going to look for ways to get

7:47

out of it . That's

7:50

just how we work . The

7:54

thing is to rewrite the narrative , like honestly

7:56

, rewrite your story . You

7:59

know , if , if wellness , health

8:01

and wellness is not your goal at the beginning

8:03

of every single year , then stop taking that on

8:05

. And then you have to ask yourself really

8:08

, what is it that you really do desire ? What

8:12

is it that you really really really

8:15

desire ? Maybe it's to just

8:17

stop eating sugar and that becomes

8:19

your health goal . Or

8:22

maybe it's , you know , to go out

8:24

and explore the world more . Maybe

8:26

it's to have adventure more

8:28

. We deny ourselves of adventure

8:30

all the time , and adventures do

8:33

not have to cost a fortune , going

8:35

out and walking in the woods or taking

8:37

a I don't know , and

8:40

then taking a , borrowing

8:42

someone's kayak and going for a kayak

8:44

. It can be anything . It

8:47

can be just , you know , creating a new

8:49

relationship with someone , meeting someone new

8:51

, saying hello to someone at the coffee

8:53

shop and you're like , hey

8:56

, how's it going today , you know , and you really

8:58

start a meaningful

9:01

conversation . That can be an adventure

9:03

for some of us , especially for introverts

9:05

. Another

9:08

thing to take a to really pay

9:10

attention to is self-sabotage . Is

9:12

how do you love yourself ? You

9:15

know , cultivating that self-love , that

9:17

confidence , that knowing

9:20

yourself , working into self-mastery

9:22

We've done so many videos

9:24

on you know , mastery , self-actualization

9:27

how

9:29

do we really break

9:32

the chain of self-sabotage ? Well

9:35

, the first thing is to know and understand who

9:37

you are , how you work , how you show

9:39

up , how you don't show up , and being

9:41

okay with that , oh , like

9:44

not being so secretive with your life

9:46

that you

9:49

hide from the world , right

9:52

, because you're afraid that somebody's going to say

9:54

something to you or you're going to be criticized , or

9:56

you know there's always going to be somebody out

9:58

there who doesn't agree

10:00

with who you are . Who cares ? Who

10:03

cares ? Pay them no

10:05

attention , give them not , do not create

10:07

an energy leak with them . Okay

10:10

, so I hope that this helps you

10:13

in self-sabotaging

10:15

practices . It's really we're

10:18

really being led energy-wise

10:21

, consciously

10:24

, to overcome

10:26

these sort of practices , these

10:29

behaviors that we've created

10:32

patterns around . So

10:35

self-sabotage is in 20

10:38

for 24 . It's either going to get really

10:41

, really vivid

10:43

for you , which

10:45

gives you the opportunity right the opportunity

10:48

to overcome it so

10:50

that you can move into abundances

10:53

, so that you can move into self-care

10:55

, self-love , overcoming

10:58

the resilience or the resistances

11:02

of your success . Like

11:05

you , being successful should be your number

11:07

one goal in 2024 . Success

11:11

maybe that's a trigger . Maybe

11:13

that word is a trigger because you haven't

11:16

felt like you've achieved that before , or you've

11:18

achieved it and then you lost it . You

11:20

know like it's all about you holding the

11:22

energy of what you really desire , and

11:25

it's okay to change what you desire

11:27

, but then be ready to hold

11:29

the energy of what your new desire is . Not

11:33

comparing yourself like that's the

11:35

number one thing to overcoming

11:38

any kind of sabotaging practice

11:40

. Do not compare yourself to

11:43

anyone else in the world . Let

11:46

your focus , your mission , your purpose

11:48

be the only goal . Let

11:52

that be your goal . So tell us what

11:54

your goals are . What is it that you

11:57

want to achieve in 2024 ? It's

11:59

going to be an amazing year , so

12:02

I don't know , like

12:04

, what are you going to do

12:06

to move

12:09

deeper into the abundances

12:11

of the universe ? That's what we live

12:13

in . We live in all the

12:15

abundances . We don't live in lack

12:17

. We

12:20

don't live in lack any longer . That's

12:23

the old days . That was 2023

12:25

. 2024 is about

12:27

success , honestly . So

12:30

I hope that you've enjoyed this . Please

12:32

like , share and subscribe , and

12:36

leave us a message . We'd

12:39

love to hear from you . Thank

12:43

you for joining and have

12:45

the most amazing day .
