"How we view things is how we do things" This is a quote for crisis and adversity.
When a crisis presents itself, there are two types of people who will respond to it.
1.) One person takes crisis and adversity and uses it to their advantage. In a way of creativity and to become better themselves.
2.) The second person takes crisis and adversity and uses it to their disadvantage. In a way of not improving themselves or becomes a victim.
Same crisis and adversity. Same situations but two different responses.
The response is based upon a personal perspective.
Albert Einstein says it best, "In the MIDDLE of difficulty lays opportunities."
Every situation and difficulties there is a teachable moment.
We will discuss and reflect on what crisis and adversity teach us.
