Our 50th episode!

Ruby Wiswall, Co-Owner/Operator of the Miami Surge, joins us on this week’s episode. We caught up with her in Philly, PA, which is the area she and her brother Mather, GM of the Surge, hail from. We’ve had them both on the show before on Episode #17, make sure to check that one out too.

Micah Macbeth of CrossFit 215 was kind enough to let us crash his box for the afternoon. If you are ever in Philly, then make sure to stop in. Micah also happens to be GM of the Philly Bulldogs, an amateur GRID team in the Mid-Atlantic Grid League (MAGL).

Ruby took us on a journey from owning a Philly area functional fitness competition league to running a professional GRID team. We also got into some of the exciting details of the Florida GRID league and it’s plan to spread the #GospelOfGrid.
