On the Get Crystallized Show, I will share practical tools to guide my listeners on their path to their best self. We’ll also hear from top mindset experts, motivational speakers and health coaches, who share their hacks against two of the leading obstacles facing women on this journey: self-discipline and self-sabotage.

My mission is to empower you to live in a healthy mind, body and spirit, so that you inspire others to do the same. Hey sis! I’m Coach Crystal, a God-fearing woman, a wife, a mom, and a friend to many who have been in your shoes. I’m also a Behaviour Change Coach, Mindset Specialist and Fitness Professional for over 17 years. My passion and purpose is to coach women just like you to be grateful for the skin you’re in and create a healthy lifestyle you love, starting with a positive mindset.

Like crystals, strong women are made under pressure. Pressure is a privilege when used correctly. And through this podcast, I want to teach you how to learn and grow under pressure and how to lean on the Lord when you’re feeling weak.
