In this week’s episode I speak to Joo, a Korean entrepreneur who developed the perfect recipe for kimchi, one of the most traditional Korean dishes. She started off selling it in her café but now deliveries it all over the UK. We speak about her coming to the UK to do an English course, getting married, becoming a mum but getting divorced nine years ago. Joo also explains which values and traditions she passes on to her daughter and how she keeps the Korean language alive in her life.
