Nick is a former elite swimmer competing in the 50/100 freestyle internationally. He is a performance psychologist and founder of Cede Nullis Psychology (“yield to none”) and currently works with high performers in professional sport including AFL, golf, tennis, swimming and more. Nick is also a consultant with the Australian Government on team dynamics and getting the best out of leaders.
