On this episode of the FI Investors Podcast Diego has a conversation with Casey Gregersen who is a petroleum engineer by trade who was able to leave corporate America and become a full time real estate investor to scale his real estate portfolio to 150 doors. Casey tells about his strategy to go directly to sellers, engaging in real estate fix and flips, wholesale, whole-tails, buy and hold rentals, and funds while building his own in-house team of contractors. Casey bought his first property in 2010, but didn’t dive into the real estate business until 2015 when he discovered the power of house hacking, cash flow, scaling and long-distance investing.
