When Charlotte came across a tweet from a male theatre company saying that there's too much female-led work at the Edinburgh Fringe, she nearly drop-kicked her laptop. Luckily, she didn't because she needed it to record this podcast. Instead, along with F-Bomb Theatre Company, she started creating content to champion female and non-binary creativity at this year's EdFringe. Charlotte has now created this podcast to discuss what it means to be female/ non-binary in the theatre industry - the joys and the hardships.
