Intermittent fasting doesn't really have any "hacks" (at least none that I'm aware of), but this concept is really close. It is the principle of habit formation.

We look at statements from James Clear in his book "Atomic Habits" and we also explore where habit formation can start for an intermittent faster according to Dr. Andreas Michalsen in his book "The Fasting Fix".
Looking back on my intermittent fasting journey, I succeeded when I applied the "Atomic Habits" principles to my approach, and I usually failed when I strayed too far from the path.
