In our first EX bite, Sasha shares her framework for framing an employee experience challenge or problem. Too often our EX challenges are too broad to drive meaningful solutions or they're so vague we have no idea if our solutions will really hit the mark. By following a process of problem refinement, we're able to develop meaningful problem statements (how might we's!) to drive agile experience improvement.
