He is the founder and owner of People Plus Purpose. He loves to speak, be interviewed, and interview others to share knowledge and serve people.

He is the host of a podcast called The Truth Behind Dentistry, and most recently, he started his OWN podcast called: The Compass, where he talks about different topics focused on the coaching journey.. He also has a Coaching Certification Program, has created many assessments since 1997, and his lifelong passion is providing insights and strategies that guide people to fulfill their purpose and achieve the success they’re seeking.
