What is our life if it's not infused with joy? Where do we turn when our cup is empty and we long so strongly for it to be filled? Do you turn to external sources such as clothes, promotions, words of affirmation, success, money? Or have you learned how to turn inward and cultivate joy deep within your own heart and soul?

Mark and I have experienced both those exuberant moments of joyous highs, but are also familiar with that empty-pit-in-your-stomach sort of low. While still in the midst of trying to learn each and every day how to turn inwards to source joy as opposed to outward, we wanted to have a discussion around what joy really means to us, how we know we're living without, as well as ways that we have learned to cultivate it for ourselves.
