Welcome to season 1 of Keeping The Air Fair, a podcast where we talk aviation news stories of the week.
While we are 2 and a half years down the track since the pandemic began, and 9 months since the borders reopened in Australia, the major airlines are still struggling to cope. Massive cancellations, delays, unhappy passengers, and frustrated staff all plague the airlines here in Australia and across the globe.
In this episode, we talk about why it's important, as travellers, to NOT get angry at the frontline staff who are just trying their best under extreme circumstances. Why QANTAS is in such poor form at the moment and can they ever restore their brand to what it once was. And finally, we have a positive, heartwarming story to end the episode.
If you enjoy this podcast, please like, share, and subscribe. I would also love to hear from you on the Keeping The Air Fair Facebook page as well.
Having been in airline customer service for more than 20 years, I am ALWAYS dedicated to the hard working frontline individuals who face the full brunt of anger from the general public on the daily. My purpose for this podcast is to advocate for you, the very people who keep the airlines going every single day. Remember, while your management on all levels may not appreciate your hard work, there are people out there like me who do.
