In this Episode, I wanted to talk about the power of intention. I know in previous episodes, I've talked a lot about surrender, and what that really looks like. However, I don't know if I've really focused on aspects of how to use the power of intention, and that is a HUGE part of my life and work with spirit. It is possible to hold that vision, without being attached to how it unfolds for you.

If you keep an open heart, give everything you got to show up fully, and do everything you can to stay in alignment with your intention it will manifest for you. Through this practice I encourage you to have patience, stay grounded and to get really clear on what it is your intention is with your aspirations.
