When it comes to leadership and influence, too often people think there’s only one kind of influence.
It’s not true. You don’t have to be a CEO to have influence; you don’t even have to be an expert in a single area. Those are valid ways to influence, but from an organizational perspective, there should be a variety of types of influence.
