This week I wanted to take the conversation back to reflecting on our personalities and behaviors and dive into how introverts can actually THRIVE in the real estate industry.

As someone who is naturally reserved, I had my doubts around whether my personality would fit into an industry that seemed to be made exclusively for my extroverted counterparts.

I soon came to realize that these inherent traits of mine wouldn’t keep me from being successful and I was able to implement a strategy for expanding my network that was both efficient and impactful to my business.
