that form of comfortable discomfort

focusing 100% on healing

from the inside out and

not from the outside in,

at the end of reassurance

seeking, connecting other

people's stories to yours, and

continuing to play the victim role that

you've been far too acquainted with over

more courage within you than

you give yourself credit for.

courage to begin believing

that the root causes of your
