i urge you to strip back from duality and watch this from your human heart. your today has all of the tools you might need to reach the next level of yourself. allow yourself to be guided by your intuition, your heart, into taking the most aligned and soulful actions you can. show up for others and reach out to friends who might be suffering. nut also show up for yourselves and take time & space as needed. allow emotion (energy in motion) to move through you without any judgement. you never know the impact it might generate in the invisibleness of the world.

just as the lotus flower that blossoms from the mud, don't doubt your capacity to blossom beauty from the ugliest of emotions
