"Life doesn't stop when shitty things happen." And when it's done at the hands of someone you love, those feelings you once had for them don't just disappear.

In this episode of Tender Tidbits with Tamyia, I address the fallout of a sibling relationship that left me feeling so much hatred, I couldn't recognize myself or my thoughts. After grieving the relationship for an entire year, I am grateful to be in a space where I can share the lessons this difficult experience has taught me with others.
