Tijuana Flats is a chain of Tex-Mex restaurants with over 125 places in the U.S. The Tex-Mex chain was founded by Brian Wheeler in 1995 when Brian's dad loaned him the money to open the first Tijuana Flats in Winter Park, Florida. They pride themselves on bold flavors, piled high with big-hearted over-the-top service. Tijuana Flats has been recognized as the Top 100 Movers & Shakers, by Fast Casual Magazine, and has received the National Restaurant Association's 2018 Restaurant Neighbor Award.
