Reneé shares she was once a confident young person who had to dim her light to fit in and escape bullying, and how since joining her first 6 week challenge within our community in her 30's shifted her whole life. 

Reneé now lives her best life, she has regained her sense of self and now helps other women to lead heathier lives!
