Bengt Jönsson, CEO of DS Global, the international distribution arm of India-based DS Group, talks about leadership. Being the only Swede in a huge Indian conglomerate, he elaborates on how being Swedish has influenced his way of leading people. Additionally, as a senior executive with over twenty years of international business building experience, Bengt shares his views on what it takes to lead a global company today.
