In celebration of International Women’s Day, UCL are speaking to seven senior women who are the titans of their fields. Presented by Cathy Giagrande and Dr Gudrun Moore, they discuss sexual harassment, racial inequality, mentorship, mental health, and success - no topic is off the table.

In Episode 2, Cathy and Gudrun talk to Sara Mole (Professor of Molecular Cell Biology and UCL Provost’s Envoy for Gender Equality) about the lack of women in senior positions at UCL, and why achieving gender equality won’t happen overnight.
