This podcast started out as a solo venture in January 2019, with me (Mick Brennan) sharing stories of my personal journey, overcoming addiction & challenges with mental health, and how I keep them at bay! All of this was in a bid to reduce the stigma associated with talking about mental health difficulties; something that is very close to my heart.

I touch on areas of psychology, personal development, meditation & spirituality, and how they have helped me to build strong roots within myself, that make it more bearable to deal with mental health difficulties.

In more recent episodes (19 onwards), the episodes are conversation format, with my wonderful partner, Elle, as well as other people that have interesting experiences and stories about life. Many subjects are covered. Thanks for checking out the podcast.
