Up to this point we've learned how our beliefs affect our decisions, our actions and ultimately our destiny. But all these are a product of thinking! So I ask, how do we think? 

Today's episode is all about questions and the Godly power questions have. Take control of your focus and therefore your actions by learning how to skillfully ask yourself the right questions.

PROBLEM SOLVING QUESTIONS:

1) What is great about this problem?

2) What is not perfect?

3)What am I willing to do to make it the way I want?

4) What am I willing to no longer do to make it the way I want?

5) How can I enjoy the process while I do what is necessary to make it the way I want?

Start your day off right with MORNING QUESTIONS

1) What am I happy about in my life right now? 

2) What am I proud about in my life right now?

3) What am I enjoying most in my life right now?

4) What am I excited about in my life right now?

5) What am I grateful for?

6) What am I committed to in my life right now?

ACTIONABLE STEPS

 What are some questions that would be useful to ask yourself? Come up with 2 questions that can change your emotional state and give you the resources you truly desire!
